Join me on beautiful Madeline Island for a week of mixed media, curiosity, creativity, and connection. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Lake Superior, we'll slow down, pay attention, and gather inspiration from the island around us through watercolor, acrylic inks, intuitive mark-making, observation, and playful exploration.

Together, we'll experiment with layers, texture, light and shadow, and a variety of materials while creating small studies, intuitive paintings, and larger mixed-media works. We'll explore creative portals—those unexpected openings that emerge when we follow our curiosity, trust our instincts, and allow a painting to reveal itself over time.

Along the way, we'll reconnect with a sense of childlike wonder—the freedom to notice, collect inspiration, play, and simply see where it leads.
